Interviewer/ Outreach Worker (AESHA)
Emma is a settler on the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations. Emma is passionate about social justice, advocacy, community-centered care and policy, and structural change. She has community experience through working at WISH and Coast Mental Health in a variety of roles, including support work, housing advocacy, sex work advocacy, liaising with the Ministry of Social Development, and mental health support. She has been involved in queer and feminist community organizing throughout Vancouver. In her spare time, she’s been known to host community events and trivia nights.
