May is #SexEdForAll Month

May 22, 2020   |   Blog

Last May, a group of sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice organizations based in the U.S launched Sex Ed for All Month for the first time. Voicing a commitment to observe the month annually, they received support from 180 organizations. This year as CGSHE, we have partnered with Options for Sexual Health and Saleema Noon Sexual Health Educators to raise awareness on some of the qualities we believe SexEd should inherently offer in order to reach and cater to all.

For us, #SexEdForAll means that sexual health education is equitable, accessible, inclusive, comprehensive, scientific and sex-positive.

Access to comprehensive sexual health education is not a luxury; it’s a right. Join us and let us know what you think makes sexual health education truly accessible for all.
